Julie Holunga is a leadership trainer and performance coach developing emerging and exceling leaders in professional services industries. Julie has an expertise in the careers of female professionals, serving as the Executive Director of the Women’s Catalyst Network.
She finds that many people don’t feel prepared to lead or build their own book of business. Through her leadership development program, her clients go from feeling stuck, ineffective, and spinning out-of-control to leading with ease and authority. Success for Julie’s clients comes in the form of more effective communication strategies, refined leadership qualities, advancement, and heightened confidence when navigating their career paths.
Julie’s career has always involved coaching diverse high-level individuals impacting change. At The Center for Corporate Citizenship, she worked with senior leaders at Fortune 500 corporations. Julie also served as a Project Manager at Harvard Business School focusing on the careers of alumnae. Julie started her career working at Harvard University in the Capital Gifts group.
Julie received her bachelor’s degree at Union College, and her MBA from Boston College. She spent seven years living in France, India, and Hong Kong. Julie and her family moved from Boston to Calgary, Canada, and are now settled in Denver.
